WARSAW — The Warsaw American Legion Post 49 presented a U.S. flag with an eagle, pole and stand to Darryl McDowell, Kosciusko County Veteran Service Officer.

McDowell has been hard at work since taking over as the new VSO, taking care of veterans and, in his spare time, putting some new touches on his office in the justice building.
