Betty E. Fotter, 76, Atwood died Feb. 25, 2022.

She was born Sept. 13, 1945. On Oct. 13, 1978, she married Bruce Fotter; he survives.

Additional survivors include: a daughter, Lydia Ann (Bart) Sipes, Shakopee, Minn.; her son, Aaron (Lynda) Fotter, Washington, Maine; eight grandchildren; sisters: Nancy Cook, Etna Green, Linda (Neal) Young, Bourbon; brother, Harold (Jeannie) Rhodes Jr., Atwood; brother-in-law, Peter (Tammy) Fotter, Rome, Maine; sister-in-law, Rose Marie Fotter, Belgrade Great Lakes, Maine.
