Area Police Reports
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 2:03 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, 600 block of North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Police were called for a battery investigation.
- 11:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25, 300 block Enterprise Drive, Warsaw. Officials with Superior Auto reported a lost license plate.
Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 9:31 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, 7400 block CR 700W, Culver. A bicycle was reported stolen and possible entry into a garage and vehicles.
- 2:37 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, Nickle Plate Trail between Mitchell Drive and West Side Road. Two bicycles were found laying on the side of the trail. They had been there for at least three days.
- 2:21 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, 700 block CR 400E, Rochester. Police were notified that a FedEx truck struck a pickup truck causing damage.
- 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, Fort Wayne Road and CR 375E, Rochester. A citizen reported they have noticed an ongoing issue of trash being dumped at this location. A name and address was found in some of the trash that was picked up there today. Police spoke with the person whose name and address were found.
Goshen
Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 6:27 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, 2300 block Lincolnway East, Goshen. Police were called to Walmart in regards to a theft. Andres Herrera-Hernandez, 18, 505 W. Syracuse St., Milford, was arrested at the scene and later released pending a court date.
