Seward Township-Burket Fire Department Receives New Rescue Gear

BURKET — “Seward Township-Burket Fire and Rescue would like to thank REMC and Kosciusko County Community Foundation for helping to purchase new ice water rescue suits, life jackets and ropes. We constantly strive to improve our service to our community,” said Kevin McSherry, fire chief. The fire department took part in water rescue training with its new gear Wednesday, Feb. 16, at Palestine Lake.
