Sharon Louise Bitzel, 75, North Manchester, formerly of Huntington, passed away on Jan. 30, 2022, at home.

She was born June 15, 1946, in Huntington.

On Nov. 23, 1968, she married the love of her life, Raymond Paul Bitzel Sr.

The loving memory of Sharon Louise Bitzel will be forever cherished by her husband: Raymond Paul Bitzel Sr., North Manchester; sons: Douglas McGinnis, and Raymond (Yolanda) Bitzel Jr., Buford, Ga.; daughters: Ginny McGinnis, Fort Wayne; and Kira (Troy) Wardwell, Urbana; brother: Jim (Cheryl) Thorn, Indianapolis; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Virginia (Shaw) Thorn; and one sister: Sue Tucker.
