National Weather Service Monitoring Possibility Of Winter Storm Next Week

WARSAW — The National Weather Service of Northern Indiana is monitoring the possibility of a winter storm occurring in the middle of next week.
Starting Wednesday, Feb. 2, heavy snow with blowing snow is likely at times. Freezing rain causing ice along with sleet are possible. Much colder weather will follow on Thursday, Feb. 3. Travel impacts are certain.
Currently, the storm’s track and precipitation amounts are uncertain. InkFreeNews will post any updates and weather alerts as they are posted by NWS.
Temperatures will stay in the low 20s the next couple of days. Sunday, Jan. 30, will be cloudy but gradually become mostly sunny with a high near 28 and low around 13.
Monday, Jan. 31, will be partly sunny with a high near 30 and low around 24.
On Tuesday, Feb. 1, there is a chance of rain before 7 p.m., with a wintry mix developing after 8 p.m.
