Donald E. Harlan, 69, North Manchester, passed away on Jan. 12, 2022 at his daughter’s home. The son of Carl D. and Leona G. (Runnels) Harlan Sr., Donald was born Aug. 12, 1952 in Mishawaka.

On December 28, 1998, Don married Connie S. Lowe.

The loving memory of Donald E. Harlan will be forever cherished by his wife, Connie S. (Lowe) Harlan, North Manchester; sons, Donald A. (Amanda) Harlan, North Manchester and Joe (Sheryl) Harlan, Warsaw; daughter, Jessica (Brandon) Strevy, Bourbon; brother, Warren E. (Patricia) Harlan, Ridinger Lake; Thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
