Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:

• 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, East CR 200S, west of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Driver: Allyson J. Stoffel, 28, Burke Street, Columbia City. Stoffel was traveling west on CR 200S when her vehicle left the roadway and hit a fence. Damage up to $2,500.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 5:52 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, 3611 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Kenneth D. Forbes, 69, Pheasant Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Forbes was traveling through a parking lot when his vehicle hit a curb on a divider in the parking lot. Forbes said the parking lot was covered in snow and he didn’t see the curb. No injuries were reported in the accident. Damage up to $25,000.
• 2:04 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, East Center Street, east of South McKinley Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Steven B. Reinholt, 25, Valley River Drive, Columbia City; and Kelli J. Michael, 41, West Holderman Road, Silver Lake. Reinholt was attempting to turn right onto East Center Street when he hit Michael’s vehicle. Michael was traveling east on East Center Street. Damage up to $2,500.
• 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, North SR 15, south of Canal Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Kay M. Eiler, 75, North Walnut Street Unit 7, Mentone; and Rodger E. Jones, 45, Bernie Court, Henrico, Va. Eiler was turning south onto North SR 15 from a parking lot when she pulled out directly in front of Jones’ vehicle. Jones was traveling south on North SR 15 at the time of the accident. No injuries were reported. Eiler’s vehicle was towed from the scene and Jones’ vehicle was not towed. Damage up to $25,000.
