WARSAW – Public Vet, which offers discounted rates for basic pet services, will be in Columbia City, Warsaw, and Rochester for one day each January 15-17.

The group offers spay-neuter services and other services.

The Warsaw clinic is nearly full of reservations, but organizers hope folks will take advantage of two other sites.
