News Release
WARSAW – Chasity Sandy has announced her intention to run for Kosciusko County Auditor on the 2022 Republican ballot.
Sandy has worked for and with the Kosciusko Auditor’s Office for 28 years. She began working in the office in 1994 as a deputy auditor and has worked her way up to GIS Coordinator in the auditor’s office. She is a native of Kosciusko County.
She and her husband, Matthew Sandy, have two children and one grandchild. She graduated from Warsaw High School in 1990. Chasity is also a member of the Republican Women’s Club.
“I have been blessed to learn from 5 previous auditors and become familiar with many aspects of county government as well as day to day functions of the office,” Sandy said. “I believe knowledge from working in the office is what is needed for the position of auditor. I feel I am the best candidate because of the experience I have gained over the past 28 years.”
“I am passionate about this beautiful county and dedicated to providing the best service to the taxpayers as auditor along with a successful relationship with the leaders of this county. I would appreciate your vote for County Auditor in the coming election.”
Sandy is the second person to announce an interest in serving as auditor. The first was from County Treasurer Rhonda Helser.
