WPD Seeks Information Regarding Hit-And-Run

WARSAW — The Warsaw Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in finding the driver of a hit-and-run.
At approximately 12:25 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 16, WPD officers were dispatched to a hit-and-run accident on East Old Road 30 in front of Eastgate Apartments near US 30.
The female victim had been struck by a pickup truck causing severe injuries. A witness described the truck as white and said it was headed east.
Anyone with information concerning this accident is asked to call Crime Stoppers toll free at 1-800-342-STOP. Crime Stoppers will pay if the information leads to an arrest or indictment. Crime Stoppers also pays cash rewards on other felony crimes and the capture of fugitives.
When people call, they will be assigned a code number and their names will not be asked.
