Warsaw Library Announces November Events

WARSAW — The following events are taking place at the Warsaw Community Public Library in November.
- November bedtime stories take place at 7 p.m. each Thursday. Listen to guest readers share their favorite stories on Facebook.
- Preschool story time continues at 10:15 a.m. each Monday. Those ages 3 to 5 will enjoy stories and special activities with Mr. Duane. Can’t make it on Mondays? Story time will repeat at 10:15 a.m. Fridays, Nov. 5, 12 and 19.
- See what’s new at WCPL at 10 a.m. Nov. 3. Watch “Just in with Jill” on Facebook.
- Toddler story time takes place at 10:15 a.m. each Wednesday. Those two years of age and younger will enjoy age-appropriate activities and stories with Miss Stephanie.
- Friends of the Library Story Emporium Bookstore will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 6 and 20. The store is located at the library and will feature a special sale each week.
- Needle felt a pumpkin air freshener at 5 p.m. Nov. 9. The $30 fee covers all supplies and instruction with Rachael Kruger. This workshop is for ages 13+ and minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Payment is due at advance registration.
- Meet different types of birds and learn basic bird care at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 13. See a bird training demonstration with Amber Utter. Please register in advance.
- Volunteers from American Greyhound will be in the children’s area from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 6, and from 6-7:30 p.m. Nov. 15. Anyone can stop by to read and visit with the greyhounds.
- Learn Cricut basics and how to design projects at 3 p.m. Nov. 18. Please register in advance.
- LEGO Club meets from 10:30 a.m. to noon Nov. 20. Children and families are invited to drop in. LEGOs are provided.
- Sue Delagrange will present “Is There Arsenic in Our Food?” beginning at 1 p.m. Nov. 22. Attend virtually at home or at the library. Please register in advance.
