Tony Lee Balsley, 59, Rochester, passed away at 9:45 a.m. Monday, Oct. 25, 2021, at his residence.
He was born on June 17, 1962, in Bremen, the son of Leonard and Janice (Swartz) Balsley.

On Feb. 21, 1987, in Bourbon, he married Kimberly Lang and she survives.

Survivors include his wife, Kimberly Balsley, Rochester; children: Janice Balsley, Rochester; Shy Balsley, Rochester; Carley Balsley, Andrews; Remmy Balsley, Rochester; grandson, Nathan Lee Garrett, Andrews; brothers: Marty (Denise) Heckaman, Etna Green; Kim (Jane) Heckaman, Bremen; Rex (Leanne) Heckaman, Nappanee; Terry (Barb) Heckaman, Michigan; several nieces and nephews.
