“I’m so proud of Parker. He really came to play,” said Coach Denny Hepler. “With a good team round tomorrow, a top three finish is not out of the picture. I look for our guys to make a strong comeback.”
Blake Lawson finished with an 80, while Noah Wright shot 83. Chase Byron was the fourth scorer for Grace with a round of 86. Tristan Dubbs added a 90.
The women’s golf team improved its team score by 11 strokes on Tuesday and currently remain in second place at the NCCAA National Championships being played at the Hammock Beach Ocean Course. The Lancers trail Bethel by 11 strokes heading into the third and final round.

“We still haven’t played our best golf and we made it to the last round with a chance to win. We have to be excited about that,” said Coach Denny Duncan. “I couldn’t be more happy for Carolyn, who has been excellent both days. Summer was equally sensational today and Sloane has been rock solid all week. It’s fun to be in the hunt.”
