• 8:42 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 19, 10100 block West CR 1100N, Nappanee. Officers investigated a report of suspicious activity.
• 3:46 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18, 8500 block East CR 250S, Pierceton. Officers investigated a report of a utility company causing damage to a field.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 1:57 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, 800 block Center Street, Warsaw. Theft of merchandise at Spirit Gas Station.
• 12:40 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18, 700 block East Market Street, Warsaw. A representative for the City of Warsaw reported criminal mischief to buildings.
