County Alcohol Board Approves 11 Permit Renewals

WARSAW — The Kosciusko County Alcohol and Tobacco Commission approved 11 permit renewals during a meeting on Thursday, Oct. 7.
A permit transfer for Fortune 1 LLC, doing business as Wyndham Garden Warsaw, 2519 E. Center St., Warsaw, was continued to the board’s November meeting. Rajesh Patel, Fortune 1 LLC’s owner, said the necessary orange sign informing the public about the transfer has not been posted in the hotel’s main window.
The following permits were renewed:
- Family Express Corporation, doing business as Family Express #79, 109 W. State St., Etna Green. Beer and wine dealer – grocery store.
- Family Express Corporation, doing business as Family Express #83, 203 S. Main St., Leesburg. Beer and wine dealer – grocery store.
- Flume LLC, doing business as Rua, 108 E. Market St., Warsaw. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.
- Hook-Superx LLC, doing business as CVS Pharmacy #6499, 308 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Beer, wine and liquor – drug store.
- Hook-Superx LLC, doing business as CVS Pharmacy #6503, 618 S. Main St., North Webster. Beer, wine and liquor – drug store.
- Hook-Superx LLC, doing business as CVS Pharmacy #6462, 100 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Beer, wine and liquor – drug store.
- Night Shift of North Webster Inc., doing business as Stimmelators Gentlemen’s Club, 114 E. Washington St., North Webster. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.
- RMH Franchise Corporation, doing business as Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill, 2621 E. Center St., Warsaw. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.
- Saint Regis Club LLC, doing business as Anthology, 101 E. Center St. Unit 101, Warsaw. Beer, wine and liquor – river and lake.
- Stichter Adventures LLC, doing business as The Bowling Alley, 1535 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Beer, wine and liquor – restaurant.

The local ATC board’s next meeting will be held at the Kosciusko County Courthouse at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4.
