UPS Truck Involved In Two-Vehicle Accident Near Atwood

ATWOOD — A UPS truck was involved in a two-vehicle accident just west of Atwood.
Around 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 27, Etna Township and Atwood Fire Departments responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of West Old Road 30 and CR 800W.
The accident involved a car and UPS truck. No one was taken to the hospital for injuries.
The car sustained heavy damage to the driver’s side, while the UPS truck entered a thicket of foliage near the railroad tracks south of West Old Road 30.
Lutheran EMS, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Etna Township First Responders, and Indiana State Police assisted at the scene.
