WARSAW —  Lutheran EMS, Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory, Plain Township Fire Department and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of CR 325E and CR 300N, Warsaw, to a one vehicle accident Monday, Sept. 13.

A white Dodge van went off the road and into a ditch.
