Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 3:59 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, North SR 15, south of West CR 350N, Warsaw. Drivers: Kaden E. Martin, 20, CR 44, Millersburg; and Jessica L. Hicks, 40, North CR 800W, Warsaw. Martin was traveling south on North SR 15 when he rear-ended Hicks’ vehicle. No injuries were reported in the accident. Damage up to $10,000.
• 3:12 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, North SR 15, north of West CR 350N, Warsaw. Drivers: Bonifacio Castillo, 46, East Levi Lee Road 122, Warsaw; Susan R. Boyle, 76, West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw; and Jeffrey D. Bouma, 52, River Bend Drive, Spring Lake, Mich. Castillo was traveling south on North SR 15 when he rear-ended Boyle’s vehicle, resulting in his vehicle rolling onto its roof. An unknown part from Castillo’s vehicle hit the rear driver’s side of Bouma’s vehicle. Boyle complained of neck, chest, forehead, knee, and thigh pain. She was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damage up to $25,000.
• 12:03 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, SR 15, north of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Sally J. Swihart, 44, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Michael D. Petro, 59, East Wildwood Drive, Warsaw; and Destinee N. Prater, 25, South SR 13, Claypool. Swihart was traveling north on SR 15 and was attempting to turn left into a parking lot when she pulled into Petro’s path of travel. This accident resulted in Swihart’s vehicle being pushed into Prater’s vehicle. Prater was in a private drive waiting for southbound traffic on SR 15 to clear. No injuries were reported in the accident. Damage up to $25,000.
