AKRON – For the second year, Tippecanoe Valley boys basketball will conduct its golf fundraiser to kick start its preseason.
The basketball program will host the outing on Sunday, Sept. 26, at Rozella Ford Golf Club in Warsaw. It will be a full day of entertainment, beginning with check-in and open range from 12:30-1:30 p.m. followed by the shotgun start for 18 holes of scramble golf.
Following golf, the program will have pulled pork and prizes at the Rozella clubhouse.
Boys basketball head coach Chad Patrick has set up the event to include team prizes for first and second place teams, longest drives, closest to the pins, longest putts and several other surprises along the way.
Entry fee per team is just $240 and hole sponsorships are $100 per hole. Patrick asks entries be in by Monday, Sept. 20. Contact him at [email protected] or (574) 376-3234, or find any of Nick Kindig, BJ Walls or Bill Patrick for more information.
