WARSAW — Ledgeview Brewing Co. has officially been welcomed into the Kosciusko County business community.
On Wednesday, Sept. 1, the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon-cutting for the business, located at 975 Warren St., Warsaw.
The restaurant, featuring barbecue and craft beer, opened for carry-out in December 2020 and its dining room in January 2021.
The menu includes smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, macaroni and cheese, green beans, ranch potato salad, sweet potato fries and french fries among other things. Ledgeview also offers 10 taps of beer, including an Irish red, two IPAs (a New England-style juicy hazy and a West Coast bitter hoppy), an orange Hefeweizen and a nut brown ale.
Ledgeview Co-Owner Abby McLaren said the business has been using its patio for events, which have included a special menu featuring fried ribs with an Asian-style twist and smoked chicken wings. Future plans include adding a food truck and using the field near the business for a festival.
Hours at Ledgeview are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.
