NorthWood 167, Fairfield NS
NorthWood ended up playing an undermanned Fairfield in an exhibition Monday evening, but Cybil Stillson put on a clinic at McCormick Creek.
The senior set a school record with four birdies in her round of 33, her only hiccup on the night a bogey on the par-three 12th. She birdied 14-16 and also the 11th for her record-setting round.
Breanna Goss turned in a 40 and Riley Kitson a 43 which Kitson netted a two on the 12th, and Bella Sechrist added a 51 for the varsity scores for the hosts.
Ashlynn Yoder had a 51 and both Bailey Willard and Addie Mast had 54s for the Falcons, which were one player short of a full squad, giving the team a no score officially for the match.
Wawasee 208, West Noble 210
Wawasee got a push from West Noble at its home Maxwelton course Monday evening.
Wawasee’s Taylor Cripe outdueled Mackensy Mabie, 43-45, for medalist honors. Rylee Firestone of Wawasee and Maddie Bottles of West Noble each shot 53, but Wawasee’s Delaney Delagrange had a 55 and Izy Losee a 57 to match Aubrey Weigold’s 54 and Abigail Hawn’s 58, leaving Cripe’s two shots over Mabie the difference in the meet.
Plymouth 185, Tippecanoe Valley 191, LaVille 213, Bremen 275
Valley fell to Plymouth but added two wins in a four-way at Pretty Lake Country Club.
Madelyn Weaver shot a 46 and both Kaydence Mellott and Lily Ault were one back at 47. Valley had the option of choosing either Molly Moriarty’s or Cheney Canada’s 51 as its fourth score. Plymoiuth countered with a 43 from Hannah LaFree, 46 from Noelle Hutchings and 48s from Annastasia Hutchings, Elaina McDonald and Noelle Hutchings.
LaVille was led by Elle Lenberis’ 56 and Bremen was paced by 67s from Regan Wyly and Sam Ton.
