Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incident:
- 7:16 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 100 block Prairie Street, Leesburg. Report of invasion of privacy.
Pierceton
Officers with the Pierceton Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, 100 block EMS B7 Lane, Leesburg. Report of harassment.
Syracuse
Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 5:06 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 1000 block Lake Drive, Syracuse. Ashlee Pollen Kuhl reported theft of tiki torches valued at $80.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 1:26 a.m. Thursday, July 8, 200 block Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Parks Department reported $500 worth of damage. A soap dispenser, towel dispenser and toilet paper dispenser were damaged/destroyed.
- 4:19 p.m. Wednesday, July 7, 300 block Main Street, Warsaw. Gary T. Huth reported theft of $250.
- 10:36 a.m. Wednesday, July 7, 900 block Sheridan Street, Warsaw. Report of shots fired.
Goshen
Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 12:45 p.m. Sunday, July 4, 2300 block Lincolnway East, Goshen. Debra Shoudel, 62, 902 Huntington St., Syracuse, was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart. She was later released with pending a court date.
- 7:20 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, West Wilden Avenue and Peddlers Village Road, Goshen. Joshua Herr, 31, 500 Short St., Nappanee, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of paraphernalia. He was later released with a pending court date.
- 11:56 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2000 block Lincolnway East, Goshen. Valeta Yoder, Nappanee, reported her Volkswagen Jetta was struck by another vehicle while parked outside a business. The other driver left the scene without reporting the crash or providing any information.
Elkhart County
Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incident:
- 8:50 p.m. Monday, July 5, 26000 block CR 48, Nappanee. A set of keys were found on the side of the road.
Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:
- 3:01 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, 7200 block East Division Road, Akron. A homeowner reported his email had been hacked and his checks were being deposited into a Green Dot account.
- 12:38 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, 9500 block Poplar Drive, Rochester. Police were notified of the theft of money.
- 6:28 p.m. Monday, July 5, 4500 block Oakhill Drive. Homeowners reported someone attempted to break into a shed.
- 11:45 p.m. Sunday, July 4, Akron Police Department. A wallet was turned in to police.
- 2:42 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 5600 block CR 500W, Kewanna. A mailbox was reported damaged.
- 2:08 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 1700 block SR 19, Akron. A lawn mower key was reported stolen.
- 12:50 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 4200 block CR 375W, Rochester. A burglary was reported.
- 12:10 p.m. Saturday, July 3, Rochester. Police were notified that a person’s clothing was stolen from the cleaners.
- 9:46 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 6400 block CR 500W, Kewanna. A lost license plate was reported.
- 10:03 p.m. Friday, July 2, 100 block North Maple Street, Akron. A burglary was reported.
