Intersection Work Starts Monday In Syracuse

SYRACUSE — Motorists in Syracuse traveling areas of Main Street and Brooklyn Street will need to find alternate routes of travel for approximately the next four months.
Reconstruction road work in those areas will begin Monday, June 28.
Specifically Main Street will be closed between Boston and West Portland Street to all traffic. Additionally, Brooklyn Street will be closed between Main and Maple streets.
The reconstruction work, being done by Phend & Brown Inc., Milford, includes improved drainage, pavement widening for truck traffic, curbs and gutters.
