WARSAW — Summer-like heat arrives this weekend with highs in the upper 80s.

Here is a weekend preview from the National Weather Service:

Friday, June 4, will see a high near 83 and will be partly sunny. During the day, there will be west winds of 5-15 mph. At night, skies will be mostly clear with a low around 62. Winds will be out of the southwest at 5-10 mph.

Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high of 87.  Southwest winds will be 5-15 mph. Gusts could be as high as 20 mph. Saturday night will have clear skies and a low around 64.

Sunday will be sunny with a high near 88. The overnight low will be 67.

The first chance of rain arrives Tuesday.
