WARSAW — An early morning fire at Lozier’s Mobile Home Park & Campground in Warsaw damaged five trailers.
The initial call to Plain Township Fire Department went out at 5:35 a.m. Saturday, May 22.
“Shortly after we were toned out, it went from being one trailer on fire to Dispatch saying there were three trailers on fire,” said Plain Township Fire Chief Jared Haughee. “We had Warsaw with a full assist right away, North Webster with a tanker and Winona Lake with a tanker. In total there ended up being five trailers damaged.”
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
“Nobody was hurt. Everybody was out and accounted for so we’re happy about that,” Haughee said.
The fire was under control in about an hour. No further information is available at this time.
Lozier’s is located at 74 EMS C23 Lane in Warsaw.
