Kids Ages 12-15 Can Be Vaccinated At Center Lake Pavilion

WARSAW — Kids who are 12-15 years old are welcome to get the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at Center Lake Pavilion.
A representative at the Indiana State Department of Health’s vaccine clinic at the pavilion in Warsaw confirmed Thursday, May 13, that those ages may also receive the vaccine there. This week, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said that those ages may receive the vaccine.
Hours for the clinic, which goes through Saturday, May 15, are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Registration may be completed for the clinic at ourshot.in.gov or by calling 211. The Center Lake site is also open to walk-ins.
Parents must either accompany their child to an appointment or provide written authorization for them to receive the shot.
