Warsaw Man Arrested For Injuring Woman
Staff Report
WARSAW — A Warsaw man was recently arrested after allegedly battering a woman.
Trey Andrew Hall, 26, 859 Walkers Ridge, Warsaw, is charged with domestic battery with moderate bodily injury, a level 6 felony; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
On April 1, a Warsaw Police officer responded to a domestic battery at a residence and spoke with a woman who said she was leaving the home because she had been arguing with Hall. The woman had an inch-long laceration on her face.
According to court documents, officers then spoke with Hall, who also said the woman left because they were arguing. Hall allegedly told officers that no battery had taken place. Officers noticed Hall had lacerations on both of his hands. He said his hands were bleeding because he had been hitting a vehicle.
One witness said he saw Hall hitting the woman several times. A second witness said several physical incidents between Hall and the woman had occurred over the last few days.
Hall has already been arrested and released on bond.
