NAPPANEE — Nineteen bulldogs, including 18 puppies, were reported stolen recently from near Nappanee.

According to a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office incident report, the dogs were reported stolen on Sunday afternoon, May 9. Homer L. Slabaugh is listed as the owner.

Twelve 7-week-old English bulldogs, six 3-month-old French bulldogs and a 2-year-old French bulldog were reportedly taken.

The reported value of the dogs is $66,500.
