WARSAW – Milling and paving of SR 15 through the south side of Warsaw began Wednesday morning, May 5.

The Indiana Department of Transportation project was starting near East Market Street and will head south to the city’s limits.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area.

Traffic will be limited on side streets and alleys during parts of the project.
