PLYMOUTH — Marshall County Drug Task Force U.N.I.T along with other police agencies executed search warrants at two locations in Plymouth resulting in the arrests of seven people and children being removed from both homes.

An eighth individual was found and arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Four adults were arrested Wednesday, April 28, at 118 S. Center St., Plymouth. Officers seized suspected marijuana, cocaine and evidence of dealing from the home, along with a handgun.

Three adults were arrested Thursday, April 29, after a search warrant was served at 705 N. Center St., Plymouth. Officers found suspected methamphetamine and evidence of manufacturing methamphetamine at the address. The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team responded and removed the hazardous materials.

Arrested at 118 S. Center St., along with charges, were:

• James Kunze, 43, Plymouth, charged with maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony and neglect of a dependent, a level 5 felony. Bond set at $5,000 cash.
• Jessica Kunze, 41, Plymouth, charged with maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony and neglect of a dependent, a level 5 felony. She has since bonded out.
• Tyreke Balboa, 19, Plymouth, booked for dealing in cocaine, level 3 felony; dealing in marijuana, class A misdemeanor; and maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony. Bond set at $50,000 cash.
• Dwight Haskins Jr., 26, South Bend, booked for maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony; and false informing, class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $5,000 cash.

Officers with the Bremen Police Department, assisting U.N.I.T officers, also located and arrested Lisa Andrews for an outstanding dealing in methamphetamine warrant. She has been booked in the Marshall County Jail on a $25,000 cash bond.

Arrested at 705 N. Center St., along with their charges, were:

• Nicholas Creighbaum, 42, Plymouth, charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, level 3 felony. He is being held on no bond.
• Jesse Bailey, 26, Plymouth, charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, level 3 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony; and neglect of a dependent, level 6 felony. He is being held on no bond.
• Lacey Bailey, 34, Plymouth, charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, level 3 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, level 6 felony; and neglect of a dependent, level 6 felony. She is being held on no bond.

Officers with the Indiana State Police, Plymouth Police and Marshall County Police assisted in serving the search warrants.
