WINONA LAKE — Work is expected to start next week on a future roundabout in Winona Lake.
According to a post on the town website, work on the roundabout at CR 250E and Pierceton Road will start on or after Monday, April 19.
According to the post, “Pierceton Road traffic will be required to stop at CR 250E before proceeding. A temporary 3-way stop will be installed at the intersection. Traffic will still be allowed to proceed through the intersection and make turns but all directions will be required to stop before proceeding.”
“Work is expected to progress starting with grading and storm sewer on the south, northwest and northeast sides of the
intersection,” the post continues.
The post said the project should be finished in August.
The Winona Lake Town Council approved an agreement for it in January 2020.
