EnPak Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary
News Release
WARSAW – EnPak, LLC, a Warsaw-based medical device operations support provider, is celebrating its10th anniversary this year as a small business.
It was a change of pace for EnPak Co-Founder and CEO Marlene Betances, when she and her family made the move from Massachusetts to the Hoosier State 20 years ago. Betances was working for Johnson & Johnson as a quality engineer at the time, and the acquisition of DePuy brought her to Warsaw.
“We came to Warsaw for a professional opportunity and the cost of living. We’ve chosen to stay here because of the strong sense of community. This is home,” said Betances.
As a medical device operations support provider, EnPak offers expertise in inventory management & order fulfillment, packaging & labeling, medical device kitting, inspection services, and medical device scrap disposal. The EnPak quality system is ISO 13485:2016 compliant and is designed to adjust to the specifications and needs of customers. They are registered with the FDA.

We can manage their inventory from product receipt and inspection to the shipment of the finished product to their customers, or any step in between. We take great pride in the work we do to support start-ups and the partnerships we have built with other suppliers,” said Betances.
