WARSAW – Lake City Bank has announced two personnel changes.

Michelle L. Jacobsen has joined Lake City Bank as Vice President, Trust Operations Manager.

In this position, Jacobsen manages the bank’s trust operations, performs analysis, and develops procedures, workflows and process automation. She has 34 years of experience in financial services, 26 in the trust industry.

Jacobsen has a bachelor’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP) and a Certified Trust Operations Professional.

The bank also announced that Kyle A. Grimm has been promoted to special assets officer.

In this position, Grimm helps execute and manage agreements covering commercial loans that are in default. He has been with the bank for six years.

Grimm has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and sports management from Trine University.
