Tina Marie Kline
On September 8, 1964, Tina was born in Peru to Charles Leroy and Karen Hively Kline. She was the fourth of six Kline children. Growing up she shared her childhood with three sisters Brenda, Crystal and Angie and two brothers Nick and Chuck. Tina spent her elementary school years at North Miami. Her family moved and she completed her education at Tippecanoe Valley High School in 1983.
On Friday evenings Tina enjoyed meeting up with best friends Troy and Rob to play cards and Scrabble. She also enjoyed spirited games of Yahtzee with them. The evening always began with conversation, laughter and sandwiches from the Streamliner. Life is good when you’re with your best friends.
As a dietary assistant, Tina worked at Life Care Center of Rochester for 25 years. She attended the Noblesville Baptist Church and while living in Rochester she attended the Westside Apostolic Pentecostal Church. To relax, she could be found playing BINGO, watching TV game shows, and working on puzzles or puzzle books.
Paramount in Tina’s life was her family. She was a beautiful daughter, sister, aunt and cousin. Tina was always there for her family. The holidays and special family celebrations were times when many memories were made.
Left to cherish Tina’s memory are five siblings, Brenda Ernest and companion Stan Gates of Rochester, Crystal Hively of Etna Green, Angie Johnson and husband Dan of Rochester, Nick Kline and companion Mindi Williams of Tippecanoe, Chuck Kline and wife Paula of Fishers; aunt and uncle, Shari and Terry Burns and family of Denver; nieces and nephews, Jason Beck, Amy Beck, Amber Beck, Justin Beck, Danny Kline, Zachary Kline, Jared Kline, Ashley Webb, Victor Webb; great-nieces and nephews, Lindsay, Cole, Riley, Baylee, Justin Jr., Chloee and a new niece to arrive in late March; and numerous cousins including Charlann Cover. Special friends include Terry and Joe Moore, Troy Murphy, Laura Van Meter, Bryon and Sue Waltz, Sharon Caddy, Charlene Turner and other friends from Manitou Training Center; her Mentor Network family Tracy, Steve, David, Jason, Ian and staff and roommate Krista.
