Syracuse Man Killed In Friday Hit And Run

SYRACUSE — Police are investigating a hit and run incident that occurred Friday, Feb. 26, and resulted in the death of a 58-year-old Syracuse man.
Officers were called to the area of 70888 CR 29 Syracuse, shortly after 5 p.m. Friday.
Authorities report that a vehicle was southbound on CR 29, south of CR 50. The vehicle struck Mark Warren, 58, 70711 CR 29, Syracuse, who was walking on the west side of the roadway. The vehicle then fled the scene.
Warren was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Debris found at the scene categorizes the vehicle as being possibly a Ford F-250 Super Duty or larger Ford Truck with front passenger-side damage.
An investigation is ongoing.
