WARSAW — A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for Kosciusko County and surrounding areas from 3 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 7.

Very cold wind chills are expected, reaching as low as 20 below zero. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat and gloves.
