Marshall County Man Faces Child Porn Charges

PLYMOUTH — The Indiana State Police arrested a Marshall County man Wednesday, Jan. 27 on alleged charges of possession of child pornography.
The Indiana State Police received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The tip ultimately led to a search warrant being served on a residence in the 8100 block of 9B Road, Plymouth, by the Indiana State Police with assistance from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
As a result of the investigation, Tyler Southwell, 28, was arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of five counts of possession of child pornography, all level 5 felonies.
