LEESBURG — A special meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 28, at the Leesburg Town Hall.

The discussion will focus on whether the town should join the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission. 

The topic has been on the Leesburg Town Council agenda since October. 

APC Director Dan Richard attended the town council’s Oct. 12 meeting. where he reviewed the functions of the APC and answered questions from council members and residents.

Leesburg residents are encouraged to attend the Dec. 28 meeting.
