David Clay Cates

SYRACUSE – Funeral services for Judge David Clay Cates will be Sunday night, Dec. 13.

Cates, the Superior Court 1 judge, died Wednesday night.

His life will be celebrated at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 13, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road. Friends and family may visit prior to the service from 2-7 p.m.
