Wagon Wheel Holiday Show Cancelled
News Release
WARSAW – The Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts has cancelled the holiday show featuring “It’s A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play,” due to the rise of COVID-19 positive cases in our community.
Wagon Wheel Executive Director Jay Michaels said, “After talking with health officials, we made the decision as a team along with our Board of Directors to cancel our holiday show. We want our patrons to feel safe when they arrive and leave our facility and with the rise in numbers weighing on all of us right now, we feel like this is the best decision.”
He added, “2020 has been one gut punch after another and we are very much looking forward to 2021 when we can have full houses once again to enjoy the great shows that hit our incredible stage.”
Refunds will be available through December 23, 2020, at 2 p.m. during regular business hours of Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There are three options on refunds: 1) Donate your purchase to the Wagon Wheel and get a tax receipt. 2) Get your refund on a gift card and we will add an additional $40 to your gift card on top of the amount refunded. 3) Receive a full refund.
The Wagon Wheel team is working on a virtual option that you can watch from the comfort of your homes and we will be making that announcement in the coming days. The show will be free for your family to enjoy but donations are welcome to help us get through this difficult time and be able to bring you great live events in 2021 and beyond!
