Warsaw Artist Eckel Finishes Downtown Mural
Warsaw artist Marc Eckel has completed his mural at 123 W. Center St., Warsaw, on the back of the building he owns. The mural is based on a photo he took of his youngest son, Andrew, now 8, blowing bubbles when he was younger. InkFreeNews photo by Leah Sander.
