Trojans Have Four Named To All-HNAC Volleyball

BOURBON – Triton’s volleyball season may have came to an end Saturday in the regional round, but the awards began to pour in for the Trojans.
The Hoosier North Athletic Conference released its All-Conference volleyball lists Sunday afternoon, and the Trojans had four athletes honored.
Lexia Hostrawser, Abbey Viers and Emma Hepler were named All-HNAC while teammate Molly McFarland was tabbed Honorable Mention All-HNAC.
The Trojans finished tied with North Judson for second in the conference at 5-2 overall, both chasing Pioneer and its 7-0 mark.
LaVille (4-3), Caston (3-4), Knox and Winamac (2-5) and Culver (0-7) rounded out the standings.
Headlining the All-HNAC list was conference MVP Olivia Brooke of Pioneer, who was joined by Madison Blickenstaff, Mackenzie Walker and Hailey Cripe on the First Team, and Mackenzie Robinson as Honorable Mention.
Also named All-HNAC were Maddi Smith of Caston, Maddie Shedrow of Culver, Jayla Williams of Knox, Rebekah Beehler of LaVille, Lilliann Frasure and Delaney Martin of North Judson, and Maggie Smith of Winamac.
Honorable Mentions included Olivia Goze and Sydney Coblentz of LaVille, Tabitha Pop and Abby Chambers of North Judson and Ella Gearhart of Winamac.
