Plan Commission OKs Two Plat Requests
WARSAW – Warsaw Plan Commission approved requested changes to two plats during its meeting Monday night, Oct. 12.
Chad Metzger was given preliminary and final approval for a 3.5-acre plat that will be divided into two lots at 501 Fruitridge Drive. There was no opposition to the plan.
In the other one, John Kimpel & Associates were given approval for preliminary and final plat approval for a residential subdivision at the corner of Country Club Road and Country Club Drive.
The plat is nearly five acres and is also being divided into two lots.
That request also had no opposition.
