Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 7:57 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, South Packerton Road, north of East CR 900S, Sidney. Driver: Lydia Dec, 35, Royale Drive, North Manchester. Dec was traveling south when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $10,000.
• 7:52 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, East SR 14, west of South Packerton Road, Sidney. Driver: Samuel J. Harris, 27, 7th Street, Winona Lake. Harris was traveling east on SR 14 when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.
• 10:57 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, South Country Club Road, near Southgate Park, Warsaw. Driver: Kennedie I. Paul, 17, Saint Mary’s Drive, Warsaw. Paul was traveling south on Country Club Road when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.
• 7:48 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, North SR 19, south of West Welch Road, Etna Green. Driver: Stacey L. Collings, 47, North Mishawaka Street, Akron. Collings was traveling south on North SR 19 via motorcycle when a deer entered the roadway. Collings was treated for a head laceration at the scene. Damage up to $2,500.
• 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, East CR 700N, west of North CR 300E, Leesburg. Driver: Randall L. Morgan, 51, East Barrington Place, Warsaw. Morgan was traveling west on East CR 700N when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.
• 6:32 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, 305 W. Main St., Mentone. Drivers: Dennis J. Hench, 60, Pine Mills Road, Warsaw; and Robert L. Hatten, 71, Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw. Hench was pulling into a parking space when he struck Hatten’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 5:36 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, West US 30, near North CR 800W, Etna Green. Drivers: Cheyanna S. Greene, 22, Edgewater Avenue, Syracuse; and Jeffrey L. Birk, 30, North Church Street, DeLong. Greene was traveling south on CR 800W at US 30 when she crossed the westbound lane of US 30 and was in the middle interchange to cross the eastbound lane when she struck Birk’s vehicle. Birk complained of pain but refused medical treatment at the scene. Damage up to $10,000.
• 9:35 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, South CR 300E, south of East CR 400S, Warsaw. Driver: Olivia R. Koorey, 25, South CR 300E, Warsaw. Koorey was traveling south on CR 300E, when a deer entered the roadway. Damage up to $5,000.
• 4:51 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, South CR 450W, south of West CR 525S, Warsaw. Drivers: David T. Capps, 59, West CR 600S, Claypool; and Kathie A. Beery, 71, West CR 600S, Claypool. Capps was traveling south on South CR 450W when his vehicle struck Beery’s vehicle head-on. Capps complained of chest pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Beery complained of wrist and chest pain and was treated at the scene. Damage up to $50,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 8:41 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, Center Street, west of Scott Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Thaddeus L. Hammel, 20, Glad Street, Warsaw; and Randall L. Martz, 67, West Calhoun Street, Claypool. Hammel was traveling east on Center Street when he rear-ended Martz’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
• 6:29 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 937 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Driver: Noeurn Ruot, 38, Eisenhower Parkway, Warsaw. Ruot said she was traveling through a parking lot when she struck a parked, unoccupied motorcycle. The motorcycle was pushed over and sustained damage to both sides of the motorcycle but did not require the vehicle to be towed. No injuries were reported in the accident. Damage up to $25,000.
• 4:56 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 3925 Corridor Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Charles E. Wirtz, 71, Magnolia Drive, Crown Point. Wirtz was backing his vehicle from a parking space when he struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
• 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, North CR 100E, near East CR 300N, Warsaw. Drivers: Brianna R. Turek, 18, Rutland Court, Winona Lake; and Chayla C. Conwell, 30, North Hickory Street, Warsaw. Turek was traveling west on CR 300N when she stopped at a stop sign but did not see Conwell’s vehicle approaching. Turek complained of neck pain. A passenger in Turek’s vehicle, Ashley N. Diecks, 18, Warsaw, complained of chest pain. Due to the accident, Conwell’s vehicle struck a Nipsco utility pole. Connell complained of head, neck, right knee and chest pain. Damage up to $50,000.
• 3:49 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, East Center Street, near South Park Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Lora M. Caverley, 26, St. Mary’s Drive, Warsaw; and Kiara D. Roatcap, 30, South Palestine Lane, Warsaw. Caverley was traveling north on North Park Avenue and intended to cross East Center Street when she struck Roatcap’s vehicle. A witness said Roatcap unexpectedly began driving west in the left turn lane of travel after leaving the westbound lane. Damage up to $10,000.
• 3:12 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, North SR 15, south of West CR 350N, Warsaw. Drivers: Allen L. Hall, 31, South Washington Street, Bourbon; and Alejandro E. Morales, 23, East CR 550S, Warsaw. Hall was traveling north on SR 15 when his vehicle rear-ended Morales’. Morales said the vehicle in front of him began braking hard for no reason. Morales complained of neck pain due to the accident. Damage up to $25,000.
• 1:22 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, SR 15 South, north of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Richelle L. Ngondo, 51, West CR 900S, Silver Lake; and Morgan E. Conn, 20, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Ngondo was traveling south on South Buffalo Street when she rear-ended Conn’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
