Rosemary Hapner
Rosemary Hapner, 79, of Milford, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, Oct. 8, 2020, at Goshen Hospital. She was born December 15, 1940, in LaGrange County to Harry Ray and Martha Mary (Irwin) Rodman. She was married to William D. Hapner who preceded her in death in July 2001.
Rosemary was an avid Euchre and Bingo player, often found at the Nights of Columbus in Syracuse. Family was her life and she loved and cherished every moment spent with them.
Rosemary is survived by three children, Howard (Ruby) Hapner of Syracuse, James (Lori) Hapner of Syracuse, Rosella Hapner of Michigan; seven grandchildren, Monica Hapner, Christina Davies, Cody Hapner, Tyler Hapner, Robert Hogan, Rodney Bryant and Riley Bryant. Also, surviving are her are three brothers, Walter Rodman, of Syracuse, David Rodman, of Ohio, and Harvey Rodman, of New Paris.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Robert Hapner, and a grandson, Jeremy Hapner.
Visitation for Rosemary will be on Wednesday, Oct. 14 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Mishler Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 461 West 900 North, Milford. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will follow the visitation with burial at a later date.
