Two Arrested In NET43 Drug Bust

WARSAW — Following several controlled narcotic purchases and months of covert surveillance, NET43 and Warsaw Police Department SWAT executed a search warrant at 418 S. Union St., Warsaw.
Inside the apartment, officers apprehended Rick Leslie Kensinger, 39l and Lee Ann Lowrance, 36, both of Warsaw. Multiple narcotics, with an approximate street value of $3,064, were located during the search. Narcotics seized during the search warrant included methamphetamine, morphine, marijuana, heroin and fentanyl. Kensinger and Lowrance remain in custody at the Kosciusko County Jail.
Kensinger is charged with dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance. He was booked at the Kosciusko County Jail on a $60,250 surety and cash bond.
Lowrance is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance. She was booked at the Kosciusko County Jail on a $25,250 surety and cash bond.
The Kosciusko County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Warsaw Police Department and the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the operation.
The defendant’s’ charges are merely an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
