- Sept. 24 – Lee Ann Lowrance, 36, 148 S. Union St. A, Warsaw, was booked on visiting a common nuisance, manufacturing/dealing meth, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and possession of meth. Bond: $5,250 surety and cash.

- Sept. 24 – Rick Leslie Kensinger, 39, 418 S. Union St. B, Warsaw, was booked for dealing in a controlled substance 1 felony, possession of meth, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance – controlled substance/drug paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250 surety and cash.
