Michael Garland Walls

Michael Garland Walls, 55, went to be with Jesus on Aug. 21, 2020. He was surrounded by his family, friends, B Dubs family, and his beloved dog, Stewie. 

Michael didn’t know a stranger and was always there for those he loved and cared for. For those who loved Michael, we will miss his constant jokes and laughter, gardening tips, the way you couldn’t leave his house without a gift from him, and his ability to turn any environment into a dance floor. He was a shift manager at Buffalo Wild Wings for five years and absolutely loved his job, and there is no denying that his presence will be greatly missed there. We are thankful he is at peace, free of pain, and having the biggest dance party in Heaven with his mother, Patricia Burkholder.

His father, Owen Burkholder, along with his siblings, Rhonda (Terry) Doberstein, Travis Walls, Teri Burkholder (partner Mike Burdine), Christina Allen (Thomas Smith), Shaé (Jason) Brown and Chelsea Raé Robison-Burkholder (Kristen A Espinoza) will miss him dearly.

His memories are also shared with his nieces and nephews, Josh Geberin, Sidney Allen (Matt Brown), Hailey Charles (Matt Cook), Xavier Vera, Elyce Charles, Marlee Jane Alldaffer, Christian Charles, Emberleigh Allen, and Izabella Raé Robison and his closest friends, Rhonda Stull Hardy, Jodi Bradway-Grindle, Lisa Raphael, William Poe, Stephanie Leek, and Heather Holbrook. He will also be missed by his many friends near and far.

His mother, Patricia Burkholder, preceded him in death. As well as Bob Army, Whitey, and Elinore Enyeart respectfully.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept. 12, at Warsaw Community Church from 10-11 a.m. with a funeral service following immediately at 11 a.m.  Pastor Jeff Pfeifer will be officiating the service. 

All arrangements for the family are entrusted to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
