AWL’s Pets Of The Week
WARSAW — This week’s Animal Welfare League’s pets of the week are Rung, the dog, and Judith, the cat.
Rung had a tough start to his journey to the AWL. He was found trapped under a porch connected to a very large chain. He was so scared and it took staff members some time to earn his trust and let him know that no one was going to hurt him.
He was named Rung due to the white rings of fur around his eyes. Rung is a five-year-old, neutered male, Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix. He is black with white markings and weighs 64 pounds. Rung has really come out of his shell during his stay at the shelter. He is full of energy and loves to run and play. Rung is very strong and will need help learning leash manners and potty training. He does well with children and if you have other pets, he would like to meet them.
Come visit Rung today, he would love to play with you. Rung’s adoption fee is $130.
Judith is ready to take a sad song in your life and make it better. She is a five-month-old, spayed female, Domestic Short Hair mix. She has a sleek black coat, gold eyes, and weighs a little over 4 pounds.
Judith is a sweetheart who loves to be cuddled and pet. She is also quite independent and is always on the go. She loves to play with toys that have bells and ribbons. This snuggly kitty has the softest fur and would make a wonderful lap companion for any family. If you have other pets, she would like to meet them.
Come see Judith today. Judith’s adoption fee is $90.
